Ms. Mandy
Director
Ms. Mandy brings over 20 years of experience in early childhood education. She earned her ECE degree in California, where she is originally from. Her love for children and families shines through her work every day.
Serving as a Director in a Jesus-led childcare has been one of her childhood dreams, and she feels blessed to walk in that calling today.
Throughout her career, Ms. Mandy has held a variety of roles within the Early Childhood Education field, including the last five years in a director position. Her leadership style is grounded in compassion, connection, and a deep passion for nurturing young learners.
In her free time, she enjoys volunteering in her community and making memories with her children—whether at the beach, fishing, or crabbing.

Ms. Janet
Program Supervisor
Ms. Janet has a long history of working with children, beginning her journey in early childhood education through serving in her church from a young age. Affectionately known as the “Toddler Tamer” at our center, she is recognized for her effective discipline, gentle guidance, and calming presence in the classroom. She is committed to continually expanding her knowledge to better support both teachers and families. Outside of work, Ms. Janet enjoys crafting and spending winter days snowmobiling.

Ms. Darlene
Infant Lead Teacher
Ms. Darlene has 4 years of experience working with children from birth through school age. She has supported non-verbal preschoolers using ABA-informed strategies and loves helping infants learn baby signs and reach their milestones. Outside the classroom, she enjoys reading, worshiping God, and striving to honor him in all she does.

Ms. Estrella
Infant Assistant Teacher
Ms. Estrella cultivated her passion for working with children during her two years of volunteering in the children’s ministry at her home church. Outside of her classroom responsibilities, she enjoys hiking with friends and family, as well as cooking and baking. Additionally, she finds joy in curling up with a good book on rainy days.

Ms. Aleyda
Waddler Lead Teacher
Ms. Aleyda brings extensive experience to her role, having worked with children since the age of 18. Her deep passion for engaging with young learners and the unique connection she feels with them are evident in her daily work. Outside the classroom, Ms. Aleyda loves spending time outdoors. When the weather is less favorable, she enjoys relaxing with a good book or preparing a homemade meal.

Ms. Helen
Waddler Teacher Assistant
With three years of experience in childcare, Ms. Helen is passionate about nurturing young minds and hopes to continue her education in Early Childhood Education. In her free time, she loves watching movies and making memories with her family. She’s excited to be part of your child’s learning journey!

Ms. Michelle
Toddler 1 Assistant
Ms. Michelle has four plus years of experience working with children ages 1–6 and discovered her passion for early childhood education at just 15 years old. She is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and joyful environment for every child in her care. When she’s not in the classroom, she enjoys cooking and spending quality time with her child, making memories in the kitchen and beyond.

Ms. Melaysia
Toddler 2 Teacher
Ms. Melaysia has been working with children for the past two years, caring for kids of all ages. She treasures every opportunity to pour love, encouragement, and guidance into them as they grow. Outside the classroom, Ms. Melaysia’s passions shine through—she loves to sing, especially worship music, and she has taught herself countless gymnastic tricks over the years. Growing up, she dreamed of becoming a gold medalist, and that same determination and joy still fuel her today.

Ms. Britanie
Preschool Lead Teacher
Ms. Britanie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) with a minor in Family Science. With five plus years of experience in the ECE field, she is passionate about fostering the development of social and emotional skills in her students. Outside of her professional duties, Ms. Britanie enjoys spending quality time with her three children at home

Ms. Martha
Preschool Teacher Assistant
Ms. Martha has 4 plus years of experience working in the early childhood field and is working on getting her ECE degree. When she is not in the classroom, she loves to go outside and enjoy the beautiful Washington nature. She also loves meeting new people, and on a cold rainy day, loves to curl up and read a book.

Ms. Bella
Center Aide
Ms. Bella began her journey with babysitting and discovered her passion for teaching through the Teach253 program in high school, where she assisted in an elementary classroom. She is currently working towards her AA in elementary education before transferring to a four-year college. Outside of Class, she enjoys drawing, exploring different art forms, and learning new languages like Khmer and American Sign Language

Ms. Jenny
Center Aide
Ms. Jenny went to Todd Beamer High School, where she did a program called PSSC. She did nursing her junior year, and biomed in her senior year. She graduated in June 2022. In her free time, she loves going out with friends and her family. She has 2 sisters and 1 brother. She would love to be a pediatric nurse.

Ms. Marisa
Center Aide
Ms. Marisa has accumulated 10 plus years of experience in childcare, including previous service at Brooklake, where she worked in the infant classroom. After a brief hiatus, she returned to the center as a dedicated teacher. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Ms. Marisa enjoys engaging in activities with her two children, as well as home decorating and creating lasting memories with her friends and family.

Ms. Nadiia
Center Aide
With six years of volunteer childcare experience, Ms. Nadiia loves guiding little ones through their early stages of growth and learning. When she’s not in the classroom, she enjoys drawing, exploring psychology, and spending time outdoors with family and friends. She’s excited to be part of your child’s journey!
